Year-round 24℃ passive constant temperature environment
The factory is located adjacent to a thermal power plant. Leveraging the waste heat from the plant and the natural cold source of the grasslands, we have established a rare "bidirectional passive temperature control system". Without the need for air conditioning, the temperature in the workshop is maintained at the optimal growth point throughout the year.

We possess a highly strategic vision in site selection - situated in the Taipusi Banner grassland at 42°N latitude, this region boasts an extremely dry climate, serving as a natural dehumidification barrier for the factory. By cutting off moisture interference at the source, we eliminate internal bubbles and black spots in the crystals, achieving ultimate purity.
Why are we so demanding oCompressing millions of years into just a few daysn the production environment
The birth of natural diamonds often requires millions of years of high temperature and high pressure in the depths of the earth's crust. The essence of HPHT technology is to compress this long geological evolution process into just a few days. We need to replicate the extreme environment of 1600℃ and 6GPa deep within the earth in the extremely limited cavity of the cubic press. When millions of years of energy are condensed within this tiny space, the synthetic block becomes extremely sensitive - this is not only a physical miracle, but also an extremely challenging "tightrope walking". Even a 0.1℃ fluctuation in the external environment, or a momentary jitter in voltage, can trigger a butterfly effect on the microscopic lattice, leaving irreversible traces.

With strategic support from the Ximeng Electric Power Bureau, a dedicated 110KV dual-circuit high-voltage direct supply line has been established. Coupled with an advanced intelligent power management system, it achieves millisecond-level response energy redundancy, ensuring "zero interruption and zero fluctuation" during the growth cycle. This eliminates microscopic growth lines and ensures perfect lattice alignment.

Industrial-grade consistency
By optimizing the catalyst formula and stabilizing the growth pressure, we have overcome the challenge of internal consistency in diamonds, producing "high-density, low-stress" rough diamonds. These rough diamonds are resistant to cracking during cutting and polishing, bringing a high and predictable yield rate to downstream factories.
