Geography determines quality, the "natural growth chamber for diamonds" at 42°N latitude
When most of the industry’s production capacity is still “fighting” against the natural environment of high temperature and humidity, we chose to establish our factory in Taipusi Banner, Inner Mongolia. This is not an ordinary location, but a carefully selected “geographical mecca” for the growth of high-quality diamonds. Here, we do not need complex environmental compensation systems, as nature itself is the best engineer. This unique geographical advantage translates into an unparalleled “passive stability”, resulting in superior crystal consistency that exceeds industry standards.
Compressing millions of years into just a few days
The birth of natural diamonds often requires millions of years of high temperature and high pressure in the depths of the earth’s crust. The essence of HPHT technology is to compress this long geological evolution process into just a few days. We need to replicate the extreme environment of 1600℃ and 6GPa deep in the earth within the extremely limited cavity of the cubic press.
When millions of years of energy are condensed within this tiny space, the synthetic block becomes extremely sensitive – this is not only a physical miracle, but also an extremely challenging “tightrope walking”. Even a 0.1℃ fluctuation in the external environment, or a momentary jitter in voltage, can trigger a butterfly effect on the microscopic lattice, leaving irreversible traces.
A passive constant temperature environment at 20℃ throughout the year
The factory is located adjacent to a thermal power plant. Leveraging the waste heat from the power plant and the natural cold source of the grasslands, we have established a rare “bidirectional passive temperature control system”. Without the need for air conditioning, the temperature in the workshop is maintained at the optimal growth point throughout the year.

With strategic support from the Ximeng Electric Power Bureau, a dedicated 110KV dual-circuit high-voltage direct supply line has been established. Coupled with an advanced intelligent power management system, it achieves millisecond-level response energy redundancy, ensuring “zero interruption and zero fluctuation” during the growth cycle. This eliminates microscopic growth lines and ensures perfect lattice alignment.

By optimizing the catalyst formula and stabilizing the growth pressure, we have overcome the challenge of internal consistency in diamonds, producing “high-density, low-stress” rough diamonds. These rough diamonds are resistant to cracking during cutting and polishing, ensuring a high yield rate for downstream factories.
