HPHT (High Pressure High Temperature) synthesis cycles last for several hundred hours. Any millisecond-level voltage drop or power grid fluctuation can instantly disturb the thermal-pressure field, causing growth lines, internal stress, or inclusions. The ultimate consequence at the cutting stage is stone breakage and low yield—an industry-wide pain point that is difficult to solve.
At our facility in Xilin Gol League, we leverage the high-voltage backbone grid and have installed a dedicated 110KV dual-circuit direct supply line, equipped with an industrial-grade intelligent power management system that provides millisecond-level response and redundant switching. While ordinary factories passively endure fluctuations from the terminal power grid, we actively control energy at its “source,” eliminating grid noise and line loss, and physically ensuring pure and stable power supply.
This stable power environment enables heating current and pressure control with millisecond-level zero fluctuation, resulting in perfectly aligned and uniform crystal growth. For downstream cutting factories, this translates into higher yield and industrial-grade standardized rough diamonds.
